Throughout the program, Emily, Marija, and Archer will rotate through different departments including Underwriting, DKG, and Reinsurance.
They will also have the opportunity to select another rotation of their choice within the Steadfast office, to gain diverse perspectives and valuable hands-on experience across different areas.
The program's primary objective is to develop the next generation of insurance leaders by equipping them with skills and learning opportunities over the next 12 months.
During their first few weeks, the graduates will complete onboarding which is designed to build connections within their cohort, previous program graduates, and senior mentors.
They will also meet and connect with the teams they will join for their first rotation within the company.
The graduates will receive mentoring from Senior Executives, and accelerated learning support to gain important insurance qualifications, and soft skills development to ensure they thrive within Steadfast and the wider industry.

Towards the end of the year, the graduates will have the opportunity to lead a project of their choosing. This project empowers them to delve deeper into an area of interest within the insurance industry and apply the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the program.
Through the project, they will present their findings and recommendations to Robert Kelly AM, Senior Executives, and past graduates.
Once they've completed the project, Steadfast will work with each graduate to help them transition into permanent roles within the company.
