We provide you with the tools, support, and environment to flourish in your career. The comprehensive two-year professional development program helps graduates quickly assimilate the skills required to be productive and successful as they transition from University to Corporate life.
You will work on “challenging, stimulating projects” and get exposure “to new ideas, technology and innovation”. The company is proud of its leadership framework, which “enables people new to leadership to learn and develop the skills, tools and attitudes they need to succeed”.

- The remuneration could be a bit better
- A formal graduate rotation program has not been established in the Australian business. The graduate experience is very much based on your team leaders and how far they are willing to go to accommodate your growth.
- Due to recent rebranding, WSP has one of the weakest publicity in WA communications (schools and general public - non engineering background). Weak graduate program presence, poor branding in WA Universities and no presence among undergraduates, no Graduate Rotation Schemes. Also, the graduate program is overshadowed by Pathways.
- For a while now we have had issues with not giving clients what they want, and instead giving them what we think they should want. This has resulted in us receiving low client recommendation scores, especially this quarter.
- Typical large company bureaucracy, sluggish IT systems
