One of Medtronic’s key commitments is to embrace a culture where all employees belong, are respected, and feel valued for who they are.

Inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E) is critical to Medtronic, and as part of this important pillar, we have a range of Employee Resources Groups (ERG) dedicated to IDE. Our Awareness Benefiting Leaders & Employees about Disabilities ERG (ABLED ERG) aims to create a safe space for people with disabilities and their carers and embrace neurodivergence in the workplace. In this culture of belonging, employees come together as advocates, allies, and mentors to drive our company and our communities toward a more equitable future.

Our ABLED ERG supports the community by sharing the experiences of people with disabilities and/or neurodiversity; hosting events that raise awareness and understanding for the community, and raising funds for related charities.  Medtronic ANZ is proud to have introduced disability awareness training, available for all our employees.
