The company promotes trying different things and experiencing different roles. All you need to do is raise your wishes and thoughts with managers and they will put in plans to get you into those positions.

For a chocolate business there is a HUGE commitment to sustainability both from a packaging and raw material perspective. I'm fully confident in my leaders, that we want to make the world better with our products not worse and that is something we are striving to achieve.

The company has been great. The engineering team has been involved in various off site team building tasks and the business as a whole is very relaxed and accommodating to any needs. This includes flexible working arrangements and hours etc. There is no clear hierarchy, everyone is an associate and the 5 guiding principles are instilled in everyone that works in the company, as a result, everyone and their opinion is valued.

Mars is an incredibly diverse company where there's always lots of training in order to become more diverse and inclusive. I understand even the recruitment process is changing with regards to the psychometric testing as it was found though consulting with disability advocates that you could be missing a whole group of capable individuals based on their inability to perform the psychometric tests

Working in project management alongside experienced project engineers. Getting to be involved in many meetings with various stakeholders and getting a great understanding of all the different aspects of the role.

My manager is incredibly supportive of my learning and development. He doesn't micromanage, which is great for me as I know he trusts I will perform my best in my role. However, I know that if I am ever in need of support he will always be there!

The offices are lovely and the have a really welcoming and fun atmosphere for people to enjoy work in.

Interview process was simple and less stressful compared to any other interview process I've gone through. Assessments were fair and relatively simple which also helped to relax myself throughout the entire process

Great pay for a graduate!

I have been given opportunity to partake in many training sessions and on the job training experiences. One main training was a project management excellence training which provided me with many tips and input as to how to become a successful project manager.

Very flexible with hours, they allow you to work how you work best and support you in these decisions.

There's no waste to landfill and everything is recycled. Also work is being done for us to be net zero by 2025
