Kapitol encourages the fit out of comfortable and well resourced site offices. They also have a recently refurbished head-office with high-end finishes. Dress code is formal but not excessive / strict.

Onsite office and amenities are the best I've experienced in the industry and head office has just had a renovated fit out that is welcoming and comfortable. A longs-longs policy exists whereby you are required to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt onsite, Kapitol provide all employees with company attire but you are also allowed to wear suitable non-branded company attire
