Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders at Kapitol Group

Kapitol Group have established a Reconciliation Action Plan in support of Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders.

We commit to embracing, understanding and celebrating the rich history of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples.  This commitment begins with the creation of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, which is the first step in the Reflect, Innovate, Stretch and Elevate RAP journey.

Kapitol Group have formed a RAP working group which aims to explore, create, submit and implement the Reflect RAP as the first step on our journey. This RAP will include aspects of understanding, awareness and education for our team before taking the next steps on the path. 

Our RAP will align to our Values of Supportive, Authentic, Inspirational and Driven, along with the aspect of our Vision that aims to ‘Improve the Construction Industry for a Better Life’. Through deep reflection, understanding and forming connections to community and the traditional owners of the land on which we stand, work and build, we aim to influence and contribute to lead progress across all dimensions of the RAP journey.
