Managers are accessible / approachable and provide performance feedback semi-regularly through half-yearly performance reviews. In my recent experience, more manager presence on site would be appreciated.

My on-site managers are amazing to work with, constantly providing me with feedback and engaging me into different roles on the project. Quarterly performance reviews are held to reflect on performance and provide more formal feedback.
