Culture at Kapitol Group

So far Kapitol Group has been very welcoming and helpful, it is truly evident that their main expectation towards cadets/graduates is that they learn as much as they can and receive a complete exposure within the construction industry.

Everyone gets along really well at our project. After hours we try to have informal catch ups where we can do things that don't relate to work

Kapitol Group has a very positive company wide work culture with an emphasis on work-life balance, transparency / communication between different departments or site teams and ensuring all levels of the company structure subscribe to the company values. As part of a site team, the majority of socializing with colleagues is at a site level, but Kapitol does provide opportunities to mix outside of site teams such as through Yammer (internal company wide 'social network'), regular work events / workshops during work hours and opportunities for out of hours events such as team dinners / activities.

The culture at Kapitol Group is great, although I'm at a cadet level, everyone here treats me very well, constantly checking in and providing guidance where Its necessary. Kapitol Group hosted a graduate program which was fantastic for building new relationships and everyone creating interpersonal relationships with each other beyond the work environment.

Everyone on the project team is equal and included.

Highly sociable project team on-site that works very efficiently yet can still have a light-hearted laugh even in tense times. Kapitol organises a multitude catch ups and celebrations.

Onsite its really good with the site team, and outside of office hours going to the pub etc.
