Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders at Hatch

Hatch has an Australian region-specific policy that governs our approach to Indigenous participation in the works we perform.

As part of a global five-year plan, Hatch has a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion. A subcommittee of our Australia-Asia Diversity and Inclusion committee has been formed to specifically develop the strategy and advance our activities and commitment and business focuses relating to Indigenous Engagement.  Implementing a RAP will be one of the mandates of this group.

Hatch identifies training, mentorship, and capacity building programs directly with communities and educational institutions near AUA office locations.

Hatch is amplifying existing Career Trackers program participation. Hatch offers support through mentorship, internships, and graduate employment. Hatch has continued to engage in a partnership with CareerTrackers.

We are a sponsor of the QRC Indigenous Awards, which is recognising leading practice in Indigenous participation achievements.
