There are a lot of opportunities available within DSC, as a graduate you have a lot of different pathways you can explore.
I enjoy that as a graduate I can easily reach out to different people in the company for advice or potential opportunities.
DHL Supply Chain is probably the best workplace to learn how to run a logistics and supply chain operation. It doesn't matter what department within the company you work in, you will pick up a lot of detailed knowledge around supply chain operations, which in turn sets you up for a long career in the industry.
Salary - Hours are inconsistent - Isolation from other graduates
Mixed experiences between grads - no structure towards the start of my program - used as free labour in my opinion throughout 1-2 of my 5 rotations

There are opportunities to leave the graduate program early if a position becomes available.
Within the graduate program, there is a lot of support. Executive leadership show an interest in graduates as the future of the business. The people are nice and supportive in the teams I have worked with. There are some out-of-office social events but they are not super common. Monthly site lunches occur at each site to connect with the whole team.
Offices are clean and well-equipped. The dress code is respected. Sometimes there is much too long a delay on required materials like monitors in warehouses, which alters workability.
My experience was very quick and simple. Video interview was required, shortly after this was followed by a group interview and then an individual presentation followed by a panel interview with questions.
DHL's supply chain relies heavily on bonuses for pay for the average corporate employee, this can be a disadvantage for Australian workers due to how bonuses are taxed. Otherwise, pay for most mid-senior roles is exactly the industry average.
There are face-to-face trainings semi-regularly in the graduate program. These allow you to professionally develop and connect with the wider business. Informal training occurs during your rotations, it is important to drive your learning. Helpful skills include leadership attributes and facilitation.
