Deloitte has three programs to choose from depending on where you are at in your studies:
Summer Vacationer Program:
Created for penultimate-year students, this program will give you a taste of what it's like to work at Deloitte. This 3 – 8 week paid internship will get you involved in real client projects and provide you with a dedicated buddy and career coach to show you the ropes at Deloitte.
First Nations Program:
Are you a university student of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent? This program was designed for you. Gain career-forming professional experience and benefit from a dedicated buddy and career coach to experience what life at Deloitte is like. This bespoke program, built upon our award-winning Summer Vacationer Program, offers a unique and enriching opportunity to jumpstart your career and the opportunity to secure a graduate role with us.
Graduate Program:
This program is for you if you have graduated in the last two years or will graduate in 2023. Our graduate program starts in February 2024 and will give you access to the Deloitte Graduate Academy, which will set you up for success in your professional career. With a dedicated buddy and career coach, this program will see you working on high-impact projects alongside a cohort of graduates looking to shape a better tomorrow – just like you.

Climate Change:
