Join our team of Shuttlerockers who are on a mission to make video advertising easier and more effective for brands and agencies worldwide. With offices around the globe including New York, Berlin, Singapore, and Tokyo, Shuttlerock recognises the value that a diverse and inclusive workplace brings and welcomes people from every background. The core of our business has always been our people and as we scale our operations across the globe, our number one priority is to maintain the incredibly special culture.

We pursue candidates that show enthusiasm to contribute, learn and not be afraid to try things out. Comfortable if not passionate about collaboration and working together towards a common goal. Ability to think critically, openly take on feedback, and feel proud of what we do and our achievements. Our needs can change as we evolve and current tech may no longer be fit for purpose, so not being afraid to pick up new things is key!

Recruitment Process

Candidates can apply for current vacancies through various hiring platforms including Seek, LinkedIn and our careers page and are encouraged to submit a cover letter outlining their interest and alignment to the role and Shuttlerock, as well as any supporting documents or links to work and achievements e.g portfolio, github and open source contributions, personal website, etc.

Our talent team will review applications and if we have a few questions and/or their profile looks interesting or suitable for the current or upcoming vacancies, our talent specialist will reach out to discuss the opportunity further and ask a few questions regarding their experience and interests. Feedback is provided to the candidate on the call or shortly after, in which we will invite them to proceed to interview & assessment stages or advise we will not be proceeding further on this particular occasion. The first interview will be with the relevant hiring manager for the role. All going well, and there is interest from both parties, the candidate may move to complete a technical or design challenge if required for the role they are interviewing for, or move straight to participating in an interview Loop.

'The Loop' is an interview framework that has been championed by our friends at Amazon and invites the candidate to spend the day with us, meeting different members of Shuttlerock for a series of interviews (approx 2-3), each with a different focus and representatives from different areas of the business. The day can also include spending time sitting with one of the teams, lunch with various "Shuttlerockers", coffee discussions and learning sessions to understand the different departments that makeup Shuttlerock. Following the Loop, the interview panel will come together to discuss and reach a decision.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Candidates who join Shuttlerock can expect remuneration that is commensurate with experience and market data.
