Since launching in 2016, they've helped thousands of Australians who are elderly, ill, injured or living with disability to gain independence, learn new skills, and connect with their communities.
Our support workers, who we call Social Carers, assist with activities that promote community participation and independence, like help with household tasks, exercise, transportation, skills training, and a buddy for social events. We believe in creating meaningful and long-lasting relationships. For this reason, we combine matchmaking algorithms with a dedicated Customer Care team to connect Members with the right Carer, not just any carer.
