Our Deal Advisory team provides advice to clients across a wide range of industries. We advise buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, financial investors, and government in what is an increasingly complex financial market. The team encompasses Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Insolvency, Deal Analytics, Integration & Separation, Debt Advisory and Infrastructure Advisory.

Infrastructure is one of the most dynamic and challenging sectors in New Zealand. KPMG’s team of professionals works at the heart of Aotearoa’s most complex problems. As a member of the team, you will provide in-depth advice on the strategic, economic, financial, and commercial issues driving infrastructure projects. You will support both public and private clients and will work across a variety of sectors including transport, water, power and utilities, urban development, and social infrastructure.
You will be based in our Deal Advisory service line and work collaboratively with our colleagues across Major Project Advisory, Asset Management, and Sustainability to support our clients across the entire life cycle of projects.
