Your role

Work location: Murarrie Brisbane, Queensland Australia

Reporting to: Regulatory Affairs Manager - ANZ

In this role, you will work within the Kerry ANZ Regulatory team to support regulatory activities of internal and external stakeholders in the ANZ Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product and material compliance with local ANZ regulations and Kerry policies.
  • Supports internal/external stakeholders across the region by providing standard technical information.
  • Create and maintain product specifications, product information form (PIF) and customer specifications.
  • Liaise with RD&A, QA and Operations functional teams for technical information to support customer requirements.
  • Manage emerging issues (i.e. be the point of contact to internal stakeholders as required).
  • Provide support when required during external audits (e.g. contact suppliers / liaise with relevant bodies).
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food regulations across the ANZ region.
  • Understand & share best practices/ trends and regulatory changes within ANZ with the regional regulatory team and internally functional teams (i.e. knowledge management across regions).
  • To perform any duties/projects assigned from time to time by Regulatory Manager – ANZ.

About you

You'll need to be:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, or a relevant Science qualification.
  • Has strong regulatory knowledge associated with the food industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze data and maintain documentation.
  • Demonstrate high level of verbal and written communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform in a team environment.
