Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is very transparent.

Your application should include a CV and cover letter.  Your CV should detail your academic achievements and experience, and your cover letter should tell us a bit about yourself.  We value your academic successes, but we also take pride in our office culture and team connection.

Once we have reviewed the applications, successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.  Interviews are generally held in our office with a senior member of staff, and a second interview may also follow with the Managing Principal.

A successful applicant will then be asked for referees (if not provided on their CV) and we will reach out to those referees for a chat.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Our remuneration packages are very competitive. We keep across industry expectations in respect of salary packages and take pride in knowing that we exceed those industry standards.  Salary packages are offered based on the role, (any) prior experience, and industry standards.

We conduct annual reviews of salary and performance, and have clear role definitions which allow staff at all levels to see “what it takes" to be promoted to the next level.  Promotions are based on performance, responsibility and experience.

We support our staff with both internal and external professional development and training to ensure that we are assisting them in continuing to learn and progress in their careers.
