About the CRA DP program, what can you expect:

  • Full-time, dedicated training program over 10-12 weeks with classroom and practical learning elements
  • Join in-person, classroom-style training in Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland, or access virtual sessions if located in a different city
  • Ongoing support and guidance from Line Managers, Mentors, and Trainers
  • Comprehensive CRA training curriculum based on IQVIA’s industry-leading knowledge and expertise

About you

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in health care or other life-science disciplines is required
  • Experience in a clinical research position (In-house CRA, Clinical Trials Assistant, or Clinical Trials Coordinator) is desirable
  • Basic understanding of clinical research governing principles such as ICH-GCP and the ethical and regulatory frameworks in Australia/New Zealand
  • Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to function within a professional work environment
  • Working knowledge of MS – Office suite of applications
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
