Your role

As a Nurse Program Admin Assistant, you will have experience and skills in administration, effective communication, documentation presentation, problem-solving, and computer skills. You will have a demonstrated ability in taking a proactive approach, utilize your own initiative, and work through projects with minimal direction and supervision with the ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure that the general day-to-day running of the programs is conducted efficiently across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the programs
  • Ongoing liaison with line managers and other team members to ensure quality control, general direction, and effectiveness of activities
  • Written communication to and regular follow-up with patients and Health Care Professionals to ensure satisfaction and quality program delivery
  • Adverse Event reporting management, quality checks, nurse/report follow up and ongoing update training - both IQVIA and client-related
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • High-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration
  • Ensure efficiency and effective service operations by performing all the responsibilities and duties outlined in this Job Description

About you

Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role where you were able to demonstrate the above skills, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Keen to learn and have the ability to take on new tasks and update training regularly, completed in the required timeframes
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team setting
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrate a "can do",  flexible and caring approach and positive attitude to work
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role)
