Your role

The Project and Program Coordinator is a key member of our team, delivering projects and programs that help educate and support people living with a broad range of diseases, including cancer, psoriasis, and diabetes.

As an intern, we will endeavour to ensure you are provided with plenty of training to introduce you to the world of healthcare services, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, and people living with health conditions.

Your role will involve answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding the various programs and ensuring queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. You will be responsible for running regular reports for our clients who sponsor the programs. You will assist Project Managers on other projects and there will also be general administration included in your role.

About you

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Commerce will also be considered
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A creative mindset and an interest in healthcare
  • Able to work Monday to Friday
  • Must have previous work experience either in health or customer service (ie. retail, part-time/full-time/casual)
  • Must have permanent, full-time Australian working rights (ie. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
