Foundation of HOPE Therapies is the brainchild of company Director and principle Occupational Therapist Jana-Jade Loadsman.

Occupational Therapy, focuses on assisting children and families to develop the essential skills they need to grow into functional, independent adults. Using a play based therapy approach, therapy can assist parents and carers to develop a child's skills, to ensure they have the best possible start to life, and to meet critical developmental milestones, essential to future independence.

When Jana was presented opportunity was to complete an honours research thesis on 'Family wellbeing, when the family includes a child with a disability and complex medical condition in regional, rural and remote Australia', she jumped at it. After its successful completion in early 2019, this immensely important research has now been published in the internationally renowned Journal of Disability and Society!
