Foundation Allied Health is a therapy gym in the Blue Mountains providing personalised exercise programs for people with health conditions, injuries & disabilities.

They are passionate about assisting our clients to enhance their movement and minimise their pain and discomfort.

​They treat private clients, private health insurance patients, and GP referrals including patients under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Scheme.​

​Foundation Allied Health also accepts all eligible NDIS, Work Cover, CTP, and DVA patients.

​NDIS registered provider for Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Personal Training.

Recruitment Process

Their recruitment process consists of;

  • Application (please email through copy of your CV and cover letter)
  • Phone interview (within a week after application, 5-10 min phone call with manager)
  • In-person interview

Selection criteria will include;

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised, but also within a team.
  • Effective communication, time management, and organisation.
  • Passionate about building rapport with clients.
  • Professional written, oral and verbal communication skills, including computer literacy.
  • Current NSW driver’s licence.

 

Remuneration & Career Growth

Gross salary range between $46,800 and $67,600 AUD (part-time, 20 hours per week) depending on qualifications and experience

Other compensation benefits include paid travel, report writing and cancellations.
