Culture at Douglas Partners

9.0
9.0 rating for Culture, based on 7 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The culture at my office (Macarthur) is very inclusive and welcoming. Everyone is very friendly and the conversations I have with people brighten my day. When we've done things outside of work it has been an absolute pleasure to hang out with colleagues outside of work and be able to unwind and just chat about normal, non-work related things.

There is some good comradery in the office, but some days that's not quite the case.

The team at DP Newcastle have been excellent to work with. Staff are friendly, approachable and always willing to lend a hand. Project managers and senior staff have been excellent in lending support and providing assisted learning opportunities. Although it isn't expected of me, nor do I feel the pressure to do so, I do see quite a few staff members working very long hours in the office. I have rarely been contacted outside of work hours and have never been expected to reply outside of work which is great. I think this helps establish a healthy work-life balance. I feel the staff work together well and provide a positive work environment.
