Gender Equality at Douglas Partners

Our initiative seeks to create a forum for Douglas women to connect, inspire and grow in turn influencing a more diverse and inclusive culture.

​​​​​​It is no surprise that more than ever we continue to experience a serious gender-based retention issue that is reflective of our industry. Over 40% of highly skilled women who enter the engineering field end up leaving the profession entirely.

In 2022 we launched our first annual Women@Douglas Event!

We have created this event to work on the challenges we are facing, what can be improved and how we can rethink and reshape work with creative solutions that fit us all.
