Office space is really great, great facilities and location

The Office is next level, its beautiful inside and out. Its really state of the art, great desk and chair. Computers are new, ample amount of space, close between other associates. We have great meeting rooms/ conference rooms , with an amazing roof top/ kitchen. Its definitely 1 of the top highlights of the firm. I feel like it definitely separates us from others. We are definitely running out of room especially when we are expanding. Dress code at the office is smart casual, on the main day to days, and then corporate attire while seeing clients. Overall its very smart casual which I love.

1. Air-conditioning. Please stop having it on AUTO. Auto allows for cooling in winter and heating in summer. Don't use this feature. 2. Location. Its in an awful spot unless you drive from the eastern suburbs. PT and cycling is very difficult. 3. Facilities are great, although we need more toilets. And bike racks in the basement. 4. Please update all desks to be standing desks. 5. Please ensure no florescent lighting is used. 6. The chairs are very uncomfortable. 7. Dress code. What culture are you creating? A Mercedes dealer needs to look like their car. If you want a relaxed attitude and a fun culture, casual clothes is the way to go. If you want to create a culture of perfection, rigidness and up tightness, you need to push for formal ware. Personally I think a clean neat uniform would suit (think how CBA employees have uniformed corporate wear); plus we could all get a tax deduction for work clothes.

The office space is very nice and tidy. We have 3 levels, ground, L1, L2 and a rooftop bar which is good for Friday drinks. The dress code is smart casual and is pretty relaxed.

The office is fairly new, so the facilities are quite good. also have access to a gym down the road. the dress code is more casual than a lot of firms, not suits required unless meeting clients. the office also has a great rooftop
