How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Great work life balance but the expectation to be working at a set 8.30-5 is not my preferred work style - great if you hate doing late nights though, generally out the door by 5

Working hours is flexible, the work hours on paper is 8:30 - 5. But of course in general you want to be on time or be a little earlier to the office. They wont give you a spraying if your 5 mins late, but make sure to have good communication with your manager and they are very easy about it. In some instances depending on what your situation is, there is working from home,. Definitely needs to be approved by a manager, its very hard to as a fresh new grad when your learning & need work. You need to be present at the office and so people can actually see your face and teach you in person

For me it doesn't feel flexible. Work hours are set, I must be in during those work hours.

Very flexible. You can work from home when you have personal commitments. You can start later and finish later or vice versa.

The company emphasises a healthy work life balance. Rarely will you be required to work/ see other colleagues work long hours in the office.

Very good, we work within our usual business hours all the time and on rare occasions do we work beyond that
