Management at Daniel Allison & Associates

The management are very approachable and always there if you need help. They are good communicators. I really struggle sometimes with feeling valued as I don't really feel like I receive praise or recognition consistently unless it is feedback on work and how it can improved. I find I get somewhat anxious during feedback sessions as I always assume it is going to be negative.

I consider my manager as an amazing teacher and mentor. He really wants the best for you and wants you to succeed. Through the work I've done for him, if there were any errors he's thorough with explanations; if it doesn't make sense he's happy to explain again. I personally cannot thank him enough. And he's very considerate with me when I'm a bit late because of tram issues. And big thanks to him for approving my leave to go on holiday only a few months after starting at DAA. Not many people or firms would allow that. But I will say all managers at the firm are amazing. Whenever I need work or have capacity, I can ask anyone on level 1 or 2 for work. I never feel afraid to ask as I get treated well.

All things considered, management is supportive, ready to teach and help.

People I do work for are usually very good at helping you through each step and making themselves available to answer questions. However, sometimes feedback is not given.
