Diversity at Daniel Allison & Associates

8.1
8.1 rating for Diversity, based on 7 reviews
Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
To my knowledge there is 0 LGBT hires. I feel there is little diversity in the office unless considering men/women there is a decent divide of gender and there is a varied range of age groups but otherwise not much.

At DAA we definitely have a wide diverse group of individuals with all different background, Everyone embraces you at the firm no matter what ethnicity you are, everyone is welcome, everyone at DAA is part of another family. From Recruitment wise, the team does a fantastic job in bringing in the right people to the firm, and that speaks on the retention in retaining the people here. I have only seen 1 or 2 people leave DAA since I've been working at DAA and that's amazing to see. I think everyone here at DAA feel the same ways I do, and it ticks lot of boxes.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
No matter if your sociable or not, everyone embraces you with open arms. Its never awkward at all. Everyone can have a conversation with everyone, no matter what the circumstances is. Everyone at the firm is treated the same, there is no segregation, everyone wants everyone to be better and grow together. A happy family.
