The culture is really good in terms of how people are treated, everyone is very kind and supportive and polite - great socialisation. Culturally the office can be very old school and not as progressive as would be expected, at times I feel like I need to act in a different way around colleagues to fit in.

The Corporate Culture at DAA in phenomenal, its always catered above and beyond. We get treated really well through events through out the year, we have month games nights that breaks up the work day and bring a different fun aspect to the firm. Rooftop drinks on Friday as a social able aspect to get to know all the people at DAA. And just in the office everyone getting to know each other actually building connections its not just a person next to you . It makes days really enjoyable whilst doing your work when at times it can get intense when we are close to lodgement date.

Overall I think the culture is good. However, the values, vison and mission are not clear. I would also like to see clearer expectations set around unpaid overtime, some people do a lot, some people do a little. Hardly fair that the people who do a lot of unpaid overtime go uncompensated for it. I would think anything over 30 minutes over time (which can be pretty normal), should be compensated.

Very social and inclusive culture, will regularly have Friday drinks, dimmy runs and social events every quarter

During work hours - professional but not overly to the point where you feel like you are suffocating After work hours - everyone is very fun and not afraid to let lose, but also its a culture where everyone can feel included and everyone makes an effort to ensure no one is ever left out.

DAA has a very strong culture. After hours, the social team hosts a variety of events to build culture and for team members to enjoy. During hours, we have events such as birthdays, Friday dimmie runs, end of month celebration etc. These are a great way to get to know your colleagues on a more casual and non work basis.
