It is unclear sometimes what is expected but I know there are opportunities available.

Promotion possibilities can definitely be endless, its really dependent on your handwork and building your reputation within the firm on doing great work, that makes the managers more entrusting you with clients. The more responsibilities the greater your position at the firm is. OF course by doing your CA it helps bring you up the ranks

I don't feel like there is much room for promotions. Given the growth rate of the company and the current volume of employees in management, I personally don't see any new management positions opening up.

After completing your CA you can be promoted to a Senior Associate. Depending on your development you can then become a Manager, then Associate Principal and then a Partner of the firm

To move up from an associate, it requires you to show promise and show that you can start to handle your own clients for Partners and APs. You also need to pass and receive your CA.
