Crown Management has a simple, streamlined application and recruitment process.
Interested individuals fill out a simple application form, and upload/ provide a copy of a valid CV/resume with a short (1-page) cover letter.
All applications are internally vetted and shortlisted individuals are contacted to set up a meet and greet with the team. This is an equal opportunity where both potential employee and employer can get to know each-other in an open forum where any and all questions are welcome.
From there the process varies slightly pending on the role. If it is an internal role, then we move quickly to a letter of offer.
If applicants are looking to move into a junior consultant/ engagement role recruitment process can vary in length, however, this will be communicated and stepped through at every stage.
