When I first began at the City of Gold Coast I was struggling to get a grasp on what my responsibilities were and what my scope of responsibility was. I spent a great deal of time and effort (as I always would) do gain trust with my colleagues so that I could join in the very meaningful and important work we are a part of. I love how I get to contribute to the local Gold Coast Screen Industry creating jobs and wonderful opportunities for my industry colleagues. The are a lot of exciting developments and I am enjoying playing a part in it.
