What’s on offer

This is an opportunity in which you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside our Workplace Relations Team, who provide high quality, client-focused consultancy services to meet the strategic and service delivery objectives of the organisation, and provide advice and support to resolve complex industrial and workplace relations matters.

As a graduate within with Workplace Relations team you will work with your line leader and mentor to:

  • Support and provide input to the completion and management of Workplace Relations cases
  • Assist in the delivery of industrial relations projects and initiatives
  • Undertake research on contemporary workplace relations practices and case law
  • Support Workplace Relations Business Partners to completion of casework
