What’s on offer

We provide application management services for Enterprise and Customer Facing Applications. We provide the ability for staff to use technology to achieve and deliver diverse services internally and externally. For Customer facing applications, it facilitates the customer experience and allows our rate payers and visitors the ability to quickly attend to business or find the right service, so they can go about their days or enjoy their holidays.

The graduate positions will be within the Customer Facing team who manage the Local Government Platform (Pathway), Web Site (Granicus/Microsoft SharePoint), Water Billing System (Grange Water) and the Property Developer Contributions system.

As a graduate in the City Digital and Data team you will work with your line leader and mentor to:

  • Assist in managing key strategic customer facing platforms
  • Provide advice and support on use of systems
  • Configuration and low code / no code development of solutions in partnership with strategic vendors
  • Work with business users to maximize the use of technology to drive efficiencies and optimise the integration with other key Council platforms.
  • Involvement with system maintenance, including system upgrades, security profiles, regular system audits, troubleshooting, training and technical support services
  • Working with the team to draft and review process documents
