Our mission is to encourage connections between participants, industry leaders, and global companies. Launch your career with personalized internship placements in creative companies around the world.

Our program includes:

Internship Placement: More than a work experience; activate your career with an internship that has been strategized just for you.
Coaching: Define your goals and identify your career options. Gain professional confidence with ABI's one on one career guidance.
Network: Access an international network of creative professionals.
Travel support: We take care of visa processing, accommodation, insurance, and airport pick-up, making your travels as easy as possible.

Recruitment Process

Step 1: Fill out the online application form on our website.
Step 2: Submit your resume, and tell us about your experience and career goals so we can get to know you.
Step 3: Connect for a Skype interview and the committee will review your application.
Step 4: Join the program! If your application is accepted, a 25% deposit and signed agreement kicks off the onboarding process.
