Tamlyn [00:00:10] I think my advice would be to be yourself, to really put your best foot forward in terms of highlighting everything that you have to offer and, you know, put a smile on your face. We love people who are relatable and who really fit into our culture, and I think that's one of the leading things here at Forestry Corporation is our people and our culture. And so we're really looking for that fit and that passion and that drive.
