Tamlyn [00:00:08] I would encourage graduates to apply for Forestry Corporation purely because of the culture. I've never worked for a company that is so invested in their people and wanting their people to be happy, to go home, safe to really strive for the stars. Like, you know, we have a leadership team and a CEO who is so down to earth who will come up to you and have a chat and who just want you guys to give you have a go at things. And I think that is what I'm, you know, is highlighted for me is our culture.
