Justin [00:00:00] You're a new grad at Forestry Corporation and once you got hired into the program, what did that first few days, weeks, and generally the onboarding process look like?
Tamlyn [00:00:09] Once I was hired, we got put through an induction week at the head office, which was perfect. It went for three days and it was a meet and greet with our CEO, with our leadership team. We got to meet any key people in the business and got a real overview and rundown of everything. From that point onwards, we got sent out to our location, which we did an induction on site and got to meet our own team, our own managers on site and, you know, got the equipment that we needed, whether that be a car, laptop, keys, phone, anything else, and just a real introduction into the business and what our tasks would be from that point onwards.
