Justin [00:00:03] So what learning and development opportunities do grads get access to at IAG?

Blair [00:00:07] So as soon as you come on board and join our graduate program here at IAG, you'll be part of the program for 18 months. You'll complete three, six-month rotations, nine-month rotations, depending on what part of the program you'll role in. And during that program, we deliver a bespoke development program, which is designed to build confidence, communication skills, leadership skills, self-awareness skills, and ultimately the on the job learning that you'll get from your rotations. We'll build your technical capability. So after that eighteen-month program, you are eligible to apply for any role within IAG, and we have opportunities available for everybody here.
