Justin [00:00:03] Can you tell me what does a grad actually do every day at IAG? Can you give me a little bit of a day in their life?
Blair [00:00:08] So. As a graduate, our program focuses on really building that technical skill and knowledge, space, leadership capabilities, self-awareness to really build the foundation for a successful career. So as a grad, you'd be provided with a really structured environment in which you get to experience a range of both formal and informal learning opportunities. So you get to work with really diverse people and really get to contribute to the value here at IAG. So during that 18 month program, you'll participate in a series of three six month rotations or two nine month rotations. And we actually have a graduate development program that runs in parallel with those rotations. And once the grad has completed the broader graduate program. Then you get placed within a permanent role here at IAG. So everybody stay slightly different. You might be working on projects, you might be attending something to do with the development program. You might be going out for coffee with your buddy, you might be having a career conversation, you might be meeting with your mentor. We really ensure that we provide a really nurturing environment for you. The great thing is, is that you'll be doing real work. You'll be working on real projects from a day to day perspective. You'll be working just alongside peers and colleagues, doing real work with real people in a structured environment.
