Justin [00:00:01] And what would you think are the top three most important skills that you're looking for in new graduates to your programs?

Rem [00:00:07] So the top three most important skills that we look for in our graduates are the ability to communicate effectively. Coles is a big business. We work with lots of customers and lots of colleagues in our communities every day. And so your ability to communicate with a wide range of people at varying levels from different backgrounds is hugely important. Second is an action orientation. We work in retail, it's always busy and the pace can sometimes be pretty frenetic. And so there is a really big focus on getting things done and delivering for our customers. And so we really want to see your action orientation come through. And then the third thing is at a more personal level. So self-awareness. Our graduate programs are talent development programs. We don't expect you to come in with oodles of experience. What we actually are looking for is potential in someone to continue to learn and grow and develop. And so a big part of being able to do that well is someone having a level of self-awareness or understanding where they're at, what they currently do, what's great about them, what's not so great about them and what they're going to keep working on to become better and better over time. So that's something that we absolutely look for and address.
