Your role

Along with being mentored to develop your industry skills and experiences, this role will take you through new and exciting challenges that will help you grow and develop. The Project Officer will assist with fibre service delivery, including all construction and deployment activities whilst driving key business outcomes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Contractor Management and Reporting
• Project delivery and support activity
• Manage and monitor Project Budgets
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured, status updates are provided, and expectations are met
• Communicating with other carriers and external utilities and authorities
• Arranging access to buildings and Data Centres
• Ensure project handover documentation are as per TPG Specifications
•  Assist with domain reports to the leadership team
• Updating internal databases and projects
• Assist other team members as required
• Reconciliation of all project lifecycle requirements
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned

About you

Requirements:

• Engineering graduates and final year engineering students encouraged to apply
• Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management)
• Aptitude for Telecommunications management and fibre network deployment is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage and meet competing deadlines
