About us

At Toll, our two-year Global Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business. You will gain experience across our Global Logistics division specifically within warehousing and distribution while you complete four x six-month rotation placements and be exposed to business-as-usual activities and collaborative projects working across various functions.

Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions (end-to-end or part solutions), warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

We are looking for graduates with a business, operations or logistics and supply chain background for graduate opportunities in our Retail, Consumer & Automotive, Resources & Industrial and Government & Defence/Healthcare sectors.

You will be introduced to various business units of the Global Logistics stream which include retail, consumer, healthcare, grocery, industrials, government, and defence. This will give you an introduction to Global Logistics and enable you to learn about how our sites operate, including how we manage our customers distribution services, how we help their speed to market and how logistics solutions are developed to support our customers’ needs.

As some of our sites operate 24/7, you may be required to work shift work to experience the operations at a specific time of the day. This does not always suit everyone however is part of our business requirements.

Development

In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability.
