Your role

Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the creator's need for fans and community maintenance, and develop corresponding tools in the LIVE room.
• Optimize current and develop new viewer and creator's progression systems (User level, etc).
• Discuss with other team members regarding LIVE products, and offer applicable suggestions.
• Research on how to help creators to build their own off-site communities, such as discord channels.

About you

Here's what TikTok is looking for in this role:

• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics major, or related discipline.
• Concise communications, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.
• Strong product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis skills, communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners.
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to deal with rapid changes and imperfect status quo.
• Have a global vision and have enthusiasm and continuous attention to international products.
