Your role

The Productivity & Efficiency Specialist will be joining the SEA Sales Operations & Planning team within the high-performing and extremely nimble Global Business Solutions (Monetization) Office. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats while working closely with their cross-functional teams whilst prioritizing the needs of the SEA business. In this role, you will focus on solving problems at scale through optimal business processes and system optimization projects.

This function will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing all system, business, and user documentation. They are the custodian and first responders for internal tools, help desk, and self-service support. A key component of this role will be championing and enabling the internal sales system.

• Manage and keep the existing system user guides up to date with continuous new function launches
• Manage and keep the existing business process and policy docs up to date with continuous enhancements and new developments
• Ensure that organizational documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before sharing
• Manage organizational documentation through the document life cycle
• Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage of date guidelines
• Plan and conduct meetings and presentations related to document management
• Provide ad hoc support on contract management facilitation

About you

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
• Proficient in CRM system usage (eg. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and/or equivalent)
• Proficient in online collaborative tools usage (eg. Canva, Notion, Lark, and/or equivalent)
• Familiar with online collaboration tools usage such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Lark, and/or equivalent
• Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• A team player and collaborator
