Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates

About you

Requirements:

• An undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months or more for 3 days per week, full-time commitment is preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English
• Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
