Your role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Tesla as a Design Intern to assist with creating effective training materials that enhance their employees' skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality design and its impact on user experience and help create quality training materials using authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 programs. This role will give an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla a solid foundation for growth with applicable learnt skills and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop engaging training materials that improve employees' skills and knowledge
  • Assist in designing multimedia training materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and other training materials
  • Help in filming and editing training videos to enhance content
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions for new hire induction
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations by providing clear communication and updates on projects
  • Ensure that all training materials meet the Learning and Development team's quality standards and align with Tesla’s brand and visual identity

About you

What You’ll Bring

  • Looking to pursue a career within a Design related area. Ideally, you will be studying or have studied a related subject.
  • Strong understanding of quality design and its impact on user experience and engagement
  • Proficient with authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise, 7Taps Microlearning, and Microsoft 365 programs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to ensure all training materials meet consistent quality standards and align with the company's brand and visual identity
  • Comfortable presenting in person and virtually
  • Self-starter that takes the initiative and ownership of tasks, with an organized and focused approach
  • Able to take on the role full-time for a 6-month period (fixed-term contract)
