Your role

Tesla is seeking an intern for the Pacific Indirect Purchasing Team. He or she will support the overall P2P (procure-to-pay) process, including vendor onboarding and optimizing eProcurement solutions for Tesla's internal stakeholders. He or she will be a central point of contact for internal purchasing-related queries. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop themselves in an international organization with both operational and project work during the assignment.

Learning Goals & Tasks:

• Work closely with Global Supply Managers to proactively support key business performance metrics through stakeholder engagement and data analysis
• Improve and maintain the Pacific Indirect Purchasing team’s cost-savings dashboard
• Host weekly purchasing Q&A sessions
• Become the main point of contact for procurement-related queries regarding supplier onboarding, E-Invoicing, and purchase order-related questions
• Develop quarterly purchasing newsletters for Tesla Pacific stakeholders

• Preferably studying a relevant field such as Supply Chain, International Business 
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
