Your Role

Tesla is looking to hire an exceptional Human Resources Intern. This is an opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. We design, manufacture, sell, and service the world’s best solar technology, energy storage systems, and electric vehicles, allowing customers to generate, store, and consume energy sustainably. 

What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you will work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:

• Coordinating new hire documentation, orientation, and onboarding training efforts
• Supporting internal employee communication
• Lead employee engagement initiatives
• Coordination of employee benefit programs
• Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and programs
• Ad-hoc project support
• Administration of critical HR systems
• Supporting our HR e-ticketing system
• Payroll support includes leave reports, overtime reports, and monthly reconciliation with the payroll team.

About You

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or evidence of exceptional ability
• Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative
• Strong communicator
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Demonstrate a solid ability to embrace and adapt to change, take the initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well both autonomously and within a team.
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools/programs.
