Your role

The Sales Operations Intern will support the Sales Operations team in AUNZ, which is focused on driving sales and delivery growth through strategic initiatives, best practices, standardisation and optimisation.

You will play a key role in streamlining internal and external communications, collaborating with relevant teams and stakeholders to address growth challenges, and partnering with the team on projects that are beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market.

The role requires an analytically minded individual with superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and agility to prioritise and shift focus as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Support and coordinate the execution of internal Sales and Delivery communications as well as external digital communications to our customers
• Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams
• Manage customer communications platform logic to ensure automated communications are operating and in line with brand standards
• Manage a weekly field update email showcasing updates, processes, system & product enhancements/changes.
• Identify potential enhancements to our processes/tools that will facilitate growth
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to keep email and SMS templates up-to-date and accurate
• Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action
• Support various teams within the sales operations (order operations, fleet & allocation and programs) umbrella with daily output specifically during peak sales & delivery volume
• Provide support to the programs team to deliver on key projects and initiatives
• Support with the development and implementation of best practices for customer communication and education pre-delivery to increase team productivity and drive efficient, high-yielding sales and delivery operations

About you

Here’s what Tesla is looking for in this role:

• Studying or completed tertiary qualification, applicants from a business, communication and commerce background are preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission
