Your role

You will support a team of recruiters who hire for every department within Tesla – from Sales, Delivery and Service to IT, Supercharging, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to coordinate phone, online, and face-to-face interviews
• Conduct screening calls
• Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the candidate tracking system
• Place advertisements using online media and assist in managing the response
• Help to organize recruitment events and branding collateral
• Support projects to grow our future talent program offerings
• Complete reference checks
• Be an active member of the HR community delivering exceptional service to the business
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines
• Additional ad-hoc duties will be required in addition to the normal workload

About you

Here’s what Tesla is looking for in this role:

• Looking to pursue a career within an HR-related area. Ideally, you will be studying or have studied a related subject.
• Able to take on the role full-time for a 6-month period (fixed-term contract)
• Flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude
• Able to operate effectively in and comfortably working in a very fast-moving, developing, and constantly changing company
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and able to quickly develop strong and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
• Self-starter that takes the initiative and ownership of tasks, with an organized and focused approach
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. Korean or Japanese language skills are a plus.
